STRAWBERRY FESTIVAL
MAY 1 - 2 , 2009 Shirley will be in Woodburn, Kentucky for the Strawberry Festival hours are 9 am to ??

Shirley is planning to have an open studio day at her private studio in the Country Gallery/Frame Shop at 1007 N Justus St, Oxford, Indiana. Plans call for beginning on Thursday May 7, 2009. Class will be from 9 am to 12 noon each Thursday through July.
Oil or Watercolors will be the media, if you desire drawing that too can be available.
The fee for each day will be $20 and you will bring your own supplies or everything will be furnished for an extra $5.00 per day.
It will be necessary to contact her by Tuesday the day before you plan to come to class as the number will be limited.
You do not have to commit to a number of days, just be sure to call ahead of time.

A Children's class will be held in the afternoon also on Thursdays starting May 7th and will run through July.
The fee for the Children's class is $8.00 and will include supplies. Some days will be drawing and some days will be watercolor painting.
The same arrangements will be for the children's class, call ahead to be sure there is space for a limited number will be taken
Shirley will be giving a watercolor demonstration at the WABASH VALLEY WATERCOLOR SOCIETY meeting on May 19, 2009 the demonstration will begin at 7:30 pm following the business meeting. The public is invited to attend. You do not have to be a member.
DRAWING WORKSHOP will be held at Eli Lilly , 1650 Lilly Rd, Lafayette for the employees. This class will be on June 10th from 10:45 till 12 noon.
WATERCOLOR WORKSHOP will be held at Eli Lilly, 1650 Lilly Rd, Lafayette for the employees. This class will be on June 17th from 10:45 till 12 noon.

PARKE COUNTY COVERED BRIDGE FESTIVAL PShirley will be in Bridgeton, Indiana, during the Parke County Covered Bridge Festival October 19 through 18, 2009 This will be the 6th year of being in the 1878 Barn in the same spot. She will be looking forward to seeing many familiar faces and friends and also meeting those friends she yet to meet in her booth.
